Suremime ruling raises hope of suing over mis-sold rate swaps

The landmark ‘Suremime’ ruling in the High Court offers new hope for businesses unfairly treated in the FCA Review.  Many businesses had previously been ‘time-barred’ from pursuing their claim through the courts.  These businesses may now have a cause of action whereby their bank failed in its ‘duty of care and skill’ in carrying out the FCA review.  More to follow…
